Not surprisingly a boat of this size requires maintenance and a lot of our time is spent caring for Lungta. Generally
it is a labor of love. We both enjoy a good game of chess, both of us know the difference between 'there',
'they're' and 'their', and neither of us would even remotely consider voting for Donald Trump. Kathy is a
(pesca)-vegetarian, but Dan enjoys a steak from time to time. Neither of us smokes tobacco. We both love to swim
and hike. Dan enjoys woodworking and does most of the cooking. Kathy is at home behind her sewing machine, but also
with a socket wrench in her hand. We can both get lost in a good book or a beautiful sunset.

Relationships are infinitely more important to us than possessions. We travel slowly, preferring to sail rather than motor. Neither of us are adrenaline junkies. Our intent is to 'smell the roses' and to spend life present, not looking forward to some place where we're not. Getting there is not our goal; being here is, wherever "here" may happen to be. We are both introspective and despite this magical life, nothing is more exhilarating than a good conversation with kindred spirits about the meaning of it all. |
